This page will have all in information on our annual art fundraiser: Original Works. This has been a very successful fundraiser for the West Ridge Art Program thanks to parents! The proceeds go directly back to the art program and serve as my budget to spend on top of the line art supplies for our budding artists.
Our program is on-line again this year. Student will begin art this year by creating their Original Work Project. You will be receiving your personalized letter to order products this fall! I will go over how to order on-line with all the students in class. Please contact me if you have any questions! On-line ordering can begin as soon as you receive your letter with your code. The deadline for ordering is usually in November!
Thank you for supporting our 2018-19 school year. This year my profit will go towards consumable supplies such as paints, paper, pencils, markers, crayons, colored pencils, pastels, specialty papers, and clay. I hope to purchase more art based centers, for example, stencils, drawing books (many of ours need to be replaced), building materials like blocks. Last year we had the opportunity to hire Marie aka The Clay Lady to teach a clay unit to all 4th graders. I hope to keep her coming so all the students can benefit from her expertise!
Keep watch for letters home, emails and Instagram updates. I will be holding a couple exciting contests this year in conjunction with our fundraiser!
