I grew up in Tucson, Arizona. I attended Regis University in
Colorado and fell in love with Denver. I became a classroom teacher in
1999. This is my 21st year teaching! I have been teaching elementary art for 11 years. My husband is
also a teacher, so we love to travel with our 9 year old son during our
breaks. I love cooking, art, music and spending time with my family. I
have my own Etsy shop that I create art for in my spare time.

I get a lot of inspiration form traveling! This past summer we traveled by RV to Montana! There we visited beautiful Glacier National Park. The rest of the summer we spent relaxing, going to the mountains, and enjoying our hobbies.
